With the restoration of the château and its historic surroundings, HEC Paris is reimagining its architectural heritage through a sustainable and contemporary lens. 

Led by NeM (Niney et Marca Architectes), this project combines restoration, selective reconstruction and ecological innovation to preserve the memory of the site while adapting it to present and future uses. By enhancing historic buildings, integrating natural materials and creating new spaces for circulation and interaction, the renovation reconciles heritage and modernity, placing architecture at the service of campus life, sustainability and collective experience.
