Hot off the press! Exciting news from London this week: HEC Paris is proud to be part of a major new partnership to advance AI in Europe. Together with Institut Polytechnique de Paris, Université Paris-Saclay, the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge, we have launched the Entente CordIAle Initiative. Working in close collaboration with Institut DataIA Paris-Saclay and the dynamic innovation hubs of Oxford and Cambridge, Hi! PARIS will play an active role in driving this shared vision forward, turning scientific excellence into impact.
Hi! PARIS, at the heart of this partnership, is the interdisciplinary center for AI and Data Science co-founded by IP Paris and HEC Paris in 2020, joined by Inria in 2021. Backed by €70 million in funding and aligned with the France 2030 strategy, Hi! PARIS is driving the future of AI forward through advanced research, high-level education, and real-world innovation.
This Franco-British collaboration was announced during the French President Emmanuel Macron State visit to the UK. It brings together leading academic institutions to tackle shared challenges in AI, from and education to innovation and ethics.
