Dear HEC UK Alumni,

As we were drafting this edito, on Tuesday October 3rd, a fire broke out just after 8pm in the Blondeau amphitheater. We wanted to thank you all your kind messages, sharing your support, and your own memories of the ‘Amphi Blondeau’.

On Monday HEC Paris announced the creation of a Bachelor with Bocconi. Last week in London we were delighted to welcome Jean-Marc Jancovici for a sold-out event, you’ll find below a summary of the event and more details about our Green Club.

Please join us in welcoming our Masters in Strategic Management students next week for their Study Trip in London - thank you to those of you who will be hosting them in your company, or who will be meeting with them at the HEC UK house. The MBA cohort will be visiting the HEC UK House at the end of the month and can’t wait to meet you all as well.  A number of club events are open to registration, including a Climate Fresk, a panel discussion on CEO activism with our HEC UK Governance Club, a wine tasting with Leoville Barton or a panel on new regulations in the French market with the HEC UK Finance Club.

Kind regards,

Your HEC in the UK Team
