During this Share and Grow Coffee Chat, Robert Yeo, Founder of RYLN Coaching and author of RYSE Journal, will focus on the importance of goal setting and achieving objectives to increasing efficiency.
Robert will take the participants through the three steps of his annual review, with three main reasons for carrying out this exercise:
- The goals that come out of the exercise help to provide us with guidance and purpose.
- It is a powerful way of reminding us of our achievements and things to be grateful for.
- It gives us the time and space to take a step back to reflect - a chance to ask and answer some big questions.
