Have you just been promoted? Are you stepping into a new managerial/leadership position? Are you changing team or organisation?

How are you planning to tackle your upcoming transition at your best and in the most effective way?

Navigating successfully a career or role transition takes preparation and pro-active planning.

You need a healthy dose of self-awareness, the humility to confront your strengths and shadows and the ability to rapidly create the conditions for success.

This webinar will help you orientate and prioritise your next steps. It is articulated around a roadmap created by Laure Fau thanks to her 17 years of experience and leaning on the work of Michael Watkins (author of The First 90 Days).

The webinar is highly inter-active and breaks down in the following 5 stages :

  1. Introductions - with a focus on role transitions
  2. Clarifying what ‘Success’ means for your upcoming role transition
  3. Exploration of 8 tensions of transitions and Laure’s roadmap illustrated by real cases and followed by Q&As
  4. From theory to practice - Peer to peer coaching around your identified primary focus
  5. Wrap-up – ‘My key take-away…’

Facilitated by Laure Fau (H.94)  :
