The meaning of mountain-climbing

Why climb mountains when you can appreciate their beauty from the valley? What are the climbers who have been surveying the highest peaks of the Alps for 250 years looking for? Aesthetic pleasure, taste for risk or the joy of being roped to another climber?

Come and discover the fascinating universe of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, supervised by the best guides. Take your first steps in crampons on a glacier, make peace with your fear of heights and set off on your first alpine summit - all in a spirit of reflection. Far from an individual physical performance, we offer a program combining practical experience and conferences led by great mountain experts, as it is practiced today.

Tailor-made for HEC Alumni, the seminar is open to the greatest number. If you feel able to walk a day in the mountains, you are welcome!
