This is the theme of our 2022 reflections
Many transformations have emerged, pushing companies to find new balances and new performance criteria well beyond financial performance.
Life-work balance, CSR commitment, purpose-driven models, energy transition, diversity, civic engagement ... so many transformations that we want to illustrate with examples and strong initiatives on the part of graduates from our community who wish to share their success during three PRIX TRAJECTOIRES digital encounters.

Because we believe that diversity in our organizations is a performance factor, we wish to reward the best woman & man pair that has used their effective complementarity to lead their organization to success.
