2023's edition : 11 to 19 April

Let’s think different ! How diversity improves the workplace

“Inclusive Leadership is not a nice to have, it is leadership today” Shaheena Janjuha-Jivraj (HEC Professor)

From 11 to 19 April, the HEC Life Project's annual meeting on the future of work focused on diversity and the transition to a more inclusive world of work.

A week punctuated by highlights such as the keynote address by philosopher Charles Pépin (H.97) on encounters, the round table on the challenges of inclusive leadership with Saïd Hammouche, among others (read his HEC Stories portrait), mais aussi des témoignages, des ateliers en ligne, des sessions de speed coaching, et une soirée de clôture à la HEC UK House de Londres.

A committed event, inviting everyone to think and act, at their own level, to enable all talents to express themselves at work.
