Rational analyses or explanations seem to only take you so far? What you say or do provokes unintended consequences? Emotions take over and your brain goes on autopilot? Thoughts clearly influence how you perform?   Our ability to solve problems, seize opportunities and engage others doesn’t solely come down to our intellect. Something else, most of the time unconscious, is at play in our ability to be our best individually and collectively : emotions. Understanding emotions is key to unlocking performance in ourselves and others.
