With over a decade of experience working on gender leadership across the world, Shaheena will draw on her research and expertise to explain what senior look for in championing talent and how you strengthen your visibility to move into new opportunities. 

In the current hybrid environment, it can be particularly challenging to raise visibility for your work and impact and a new environment requires different thinking. Having successfully implemented these programs with different sectors including, banking, engineering and technology Dr Janjuha-Jivraj will share effective strategies you can develop to support your leadership and career ambitions. 


Dr Shaheena Janjuha-Jivraj is a regular contributor for Forbes and her books include, Futureproof you career – how to lead and succeed in a changing world and Championing Women Leaders – beyond sponsorship.
