Isn’t it funny that we are organising a Digital Detox event on Zoom?

Are we all aware of our dependence to digital?

Digital devices bring several benefits (permanent access to information, learn new things, communicate with others, increase productivity at work, leisure and fun…) but do you know that they also have downsides (stress, mental health issues, addiction, sleep disruption…)?

There are several ways to find the right balance between technology and your personal wellbeing.

Join our experienced speakers on mindfulness, neuroscience and digital solutions who will give you insights to help:

  1. identify your dependence to digital
  2. understand the impacts the dependence to digital can have on our brain and mental health
  3. reduce stress and dependence, and find new ways to reconnect to yourself with mindfulness practices
