Do you find yourself dealing with challenging people at home (children, spouse) or at work (boss, colleagues, employees)?  Do you sometimes get triggered by these people and wish you had handled the situation better?  Imagine having a simple framework that guides you in every personal or professional challenge and brings out the best in both you and the other person.

The Collaborative Problem Solving approach, developed by psychologist Dr. Ross Greene, is a practical framework for better understanding and communicating with challenging people. Originally designed for parents and adults working with children, it has wide applications to all relationships both personally and professionally.

CPS helps you move from a reactive to a proactive response while strengthening interpersonal relationships and building the cognitive skills of both parties.
