As part of our webinars on Personality, and if you wish to do so, you are invited to complete Lumina Spark personality assessment using the link below.

NOTE: The webinar is open to all, regardless of if you fill in the assessment. 

The webinar will be informative both for people who have completed the assessment (or will do so later) and people who do not wish to, as it will cover subjects of personality and how it can impact our reactions and choices.

Lumina Spark is the next generation of psychometric tools supporting individuals, teams and organisations to work more effectively, it can also be used as part of selection.

It avoids any stereotyping, as it doesn't label people or put them in a box. However, it does provide a highly interactive, colourful framework for better self-understanding and helps people identify how to build further their working relationships with others. 

The questionnaire only takes around 25 minutes to complete. When you do so, you are encouraged to answer openly and honestly to ensure a better understanding about what makes you the individual that you are.

You will receive an email with instructions on how to download your portrait. Alternatively log in to your Lumina account https://www.luminalearning.com/login and click “Portrait Download” and download the pdf.
