As a world leader, Qatar Energy has a robust strategy in addressing gas markets and has decided to invest massively in Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) plants and carrier vessels to anticipate a rising global gas demand.
Current uncertainties, following the start of Ukrainian war on February 24th, 2022, have put Qatar at the center of the stage in order to mitigate price increase.
Options are to be considered to better serve European and Asian markets and avoid gas shortfalls.
Guest speakers will highlight trends, perspectives and developments, to understand what is currently at stake across the LNG value chain:
Howard Bevan
Former Director of Energy at Abdullah Bin Hamad al-Attiyah
Foundation for Energy and Sustainable Development
Matthieu Bouyer
Managing Director TotalEnergies E&P Qatar
David Fleszar
Vice President Operations, Middle East & Executive Sponsor Qatar NFE LNG Project
Technip Energies
Nakilat
(representative tbd)
This Event will be in English,
Moderators and speakers will be in both Doha (HEC Campus) and Paris (HEC Alumni)
It will be a hybrid event with on sites (Paris & Doha) and remote (by Zoom) HEC Alumni attendance, followed by a cocktail party for on site participants.
Looking forward to having the pleasure to meet you there!
