Hello everyone,

As promised I come back to you with a date for our first face to face meeting in 2022.

Jonas & Sasha, 2 french entrepreneurs in the food and beverage industry receive us in their baby, Paris Sorbet. Opened a few weeks before covid hits , they managed to survive the crisis while keeping all their employees. They propose a french bistro style menu, everything is fresh and made by the expert team of chef Sasha. The house speciality is the french ice cream, with a very unique presentation.


When: Dinner Friday March 25th, 7:30 pm - I will be there from 6 :30 pm, for those who want to join in advance, feel free.

What: I will prepare a set menu with appetizer / dish / Ice cream + soft drink - target 250,000 IDR (exact price will be confirmed soon) - Wine is available on extra. I will send the menu as soon as I have an idea of how many people will be coming. 


And as a little business insight, Sasha & Jonas will also take time to explain their concept and how they managed to survive covid crisis despite the lockdowns.
