Following your subscription to the early-bird interest list, the HEC Alumni Luxury & Creation Club is delighted to invite you to officially book your ticket for the "Milano, la Città Creativa" Voyage.
Please find below the detailed and exclusive program that we have carefully curated for our esteemed members:
Saturday, November 9th:
- Morning: Arrival in Milan and check-in at the Diana Majestic Sheraton, located in the vibrant district of Porta Venezia.
- Afternoon: Free time for strolling and shopping (a to-do and to-visit list will be supplied in due time)
- Evening: Networking Gala Dinner with SDA Bocconi at Identità Golose (cocktail attire required), one of the hottest venues of the Milanese scene. This exceptional soirée will feature a panel discussion between Prof. Emanuela Prandelli (SDA Bocconi, LVMH Chair) and Prof. Anne Michaut (HEC Paris, LVMH Chair, TBC) on Italian and French luxury. Additionally, we will celebrate the Prix Mercure award ceremony, honoring an Italian entrepreneur and HEC alumnus. Keynote by Olivier Mellerio (H68), former chairman of Comité Colbert.
Sunday, November 10th:
- Morning: Guided tour in French of Leonardo Da Vinci's "Ultima Cena" and the Castello Sforzesco.
- Afternoon: Guided tour in French of historical downtown Milan (Via Dante, Piazza Mercanti, Piazza Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, Piazza alla Scala) and visit to the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana.
- Evening: Free schedule.
Monday, November 11th - all day: Transfer by private bus.
- Morning: Visit to the iconic Moncler store in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, followed by a visit to the HQ with a keynote speech on Moncler’s strategy by Roberto Eggs (Executive Board Member & Chief Strategy and Markets Officer).
- Afternoon: Visit to Fondazione Prada with a keynote speech by Lorenzo Bertelli (Head of Marketing and CSR at Prada Group).
- Evening: HEC Paris dinner at Bistrot Røst in the Porta Venezia district.
Tuesday, November 12th:
- Morning: Visit to the Kering Italia HQ with a keynote by Patrick De Vismes (Kering Italia CEO) and Stefania Lazzaroni (Fondazione Altagamma CEO) on the socio-economic impact of the luxury industry and Italy's pivotal role as a global hub for luxury craftsmanship.
- Afternoon: Visit and keynote speech by the leadership team of Group Cassina & Poltrona Frau.
- Evening: Departure for Paris.
Pricing for the program detailed above:
- Accomodation in double Room: €860 per person (including city tax and VAT). Total for a double room: € 1180. Each HEC Alumnus/a can bring one non-HEC guest.
- Accomodation in single Room: €1180 per person (including city tax and VAT).
Please Note: The above prices do not include:
- Round trip flight from Paris to Milan
- Transfer from Milan airport to the hotel
- Lunches on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday
- Dinner on Sunday
- Travel insurance (available upon explicit request)
Estimated budget for non-included meals:
- Lunches: €30-50 each
- Dinner: €50-70 each
We will provide a list of recommended restaurants and bistros curated by our HEC Alumni living in Milan!
Next Steps:
To confirm your booking and secure a spot on this exciting and exclusive voyage, a 50% down payment (non-refundable) of the room rate (double or single) is required. Additionally, please remember that the remaining 50% will need to be paid two month before the travel date (early september).
Due to limited availability, reservations will be processed on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
o insurance coverage is provided for the travel. Please, revert to your credit card or personal insurance contract and check for their travel coverage.
Please, note that the voyage is sold as a full package as described above.
