HEC MBA-ONLY COMPANIONSHIP
FOR A PURPOSEFUL CAREER PROGRAM
From March to June 2026

Registrations are open until March 6th – only 30 spots available!

What if, this year, you gave yourself a space to pause and reflect on your career, your work-life balance, why and how you do what you do etc. with the fresh perspective of an MBA graduate ? What if you could, at the same time, help an MBA candidate ask themselves the right questions to find clarity and serenity as they take a new start on their careers? What if you could journey with 29 other pairs of MBA alumni and MBA candidates in becoming better “companions” to one another, for everyone to grow in “Purposeful Leadership”?

This is the approach of Companionship, developed and practiced by HEC Grande Ecole graduates Hubert de Boisredon (H.86) and Louis Faure (H17) for more than eight years: an original lever for deploying one’s Purposeful Leadership, based on deeply genuine, reciprocal and voluntary support between people from different backgrounds, helping one another to act with greater clarity, coherence and courage.

In 2026, the Leadership department of the MBA and the HEC Alumni Association are continuing their partnership with Eotekum, the firm founded by Hubert de Boisredon and Louis Faure, to develop the 1st MBA-only Companionship for a Purposeful Career Program, for 30 pairs of MBA candidates and alumni. The primary objective of this program is to provide candidates with a space to develop their Purposeful Leadership, while also offering alumni a unique and inspiring space for reflection — one that encourages them to move forward in a new way in their professional lives.

The program is led by two professional coaches and facilitators: Louis Faure (H.17), who has been developing and running this program for the Grande Ecole since 2021, and Maïwenn Favetto Bon (H.93), who participated for three consecutive years as an alumna in the Grande Ecole Companionship program.

Concretely:

  • A 4 months-journey
  • 30 pairs of MBA candidates and MBA alumni
  • 1o1 conversations every 2 weeks
  • A briefing beforehand for the alumni
  • 4 online meet-ups facilitated by Maiwenn and Louis, to support the pairs in going deeper into a reciprocal, genuine and mutually beneficial relationship
  • For MBA alumni who graduated at least 3 years ago
  • The program is free of charge for HEC MBA Alumni BUT you need to be a fee-paying member of the HEC Alumni Association to join (anual fee or Infinity Pass)

Calendar:

All the webinars below take place from 12:00 to 2:00PM GMT+1 (Paris time)

  • March 10th - briefing of the alumni
  • March 13th - 1st session with all the pairs - setting the right space to get started, getting to know each other.
  • April 17th - adjusting expectations, getting inspiration from other pairs, exploring other conversation protocols.
