- Successfully manages the European A400M fleet retrofit programme on the buyer's side. Provided long-term strategic vision for a 16-year, M€800 programme (15 industrial sites / six countries / more than 100 aircraft). The campaign is under control and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Created a framework for collaboration between six defence ministries and worked on their behalf, enabling rapid decision-making processes (reducing the time taken to negotiate agreements from several months to a few weeks) and customer-centric agreements.
- Led a cross-functional team, in order to control the smooth running of the programme, made up of commercial, financial and engineers (about 10 people).
- Established a relationship of trust with all stakeholders based on efficient and reliable means of communication in order to seek mutually constructive results.

- Set up and managed the procurement strategies for the A400M Ground Support Devices programme with stand-alone contracts for development or support activities through a clear definition of requirements. Negotiated the global support contract for the A400M MGS and Flight Ops systems for a period of five years (€150M). Adapted the procurement plan to the Nations’ budgetary constraints.
- Oversaw and managed, from a buyer's perspective, the technical development of the A400M Ground Support Devices dedicated to data management, electronic warfare and avionics, resulting in a timely delivery.
- Negotiated an acceptable mitigation plan on behalf of the Nations when needed. This contributed to the successful entry into service of the A400M fleet in six different air forces.
- Coordinated between the key stakeholders in the A400M programme (industry, security, end-users, Cybersecurity, finance and trade).
- Issued recommendations to the air forces of the Nations on the organisation of flight operations.
