-Coordinated feasibility studies and investment evaluations for a GPS service project across 15 European countries.

-Supervised a team of 10 responsible for incident management related to end-customer vehicle applications, integrated into the production environment of the Information Systems Division (ISD), resulting in a 30% reduction in average resolution time. As a technical lead, designed a knowledge capitalization tool to improve solution architecture for complex incidents. Monitored and reported root causes of incidents and tracked various incident-related KPIs (number of incidents received per day, number resolved per day, incident urgency levels, etc.).

-Coordinated over 10 engineers and designers in a Digital Factory to develop a commercial website for car sales, applying AGILE methodology (SCRUM and KANBAN) and using collaboration tools such as JIRA, MIRO, and TRELLO. Conducted in-depth analysis of vehicle stock features and specifications, ensuring accurate thumbnail display aligned with the data.

-Managed teams across 5 countries to maintain and enhance a stock management application, optimizing the administration of over one million spare parts. Performed functional incident analysis and testing in the pre-production environment to draft specifications for developers to resolve issues. Established and monitored a development roadmap for continuous application improvement.

-Developed a strategy to migrate content from Dorel Juvenile’s four main websites (Maxi-Cosi, Bebeconfort, Quinny, Safety 1st) to a new CRM platform (WordPress), resulting in faster page load times.

-Collaborated with UX/UI designers to improve website usability, using A/B testing with user panels to gather feedback.
