- Align 3 agencies with 10+ stakeholders to create an online virtual salon e-commerce platform with sustainable assets - Outline the strategy to implement renewable energy, water-saving, and waste recycling initiatives in salons globally
- Create the toolbox to communicate on these sustainability initiatives (website, in-salon assets, and e learnings)
- Coordinate the cascading of the projects from our headquarter with the countries and track the progress
