As Founder of The Forbes Group, I am responsible for strategic operations, client delivery, and service innovation across various consulting engagements in execution, supply chain transformation, governance, and regulatory compliance. I support global clients with actionable, fit-for-purpose solutions across the full supplier lifecycle.
Key accomplishments include:
• Strategic Sourcing & Contract Governance: Delivered a full RFP package and standardized contract templates for a $250MM construction project, ensuring clarity, risk mitigation, and operational alignment.
• Major Equipment Coordination: Oversaw logistics and cross-functional coordination for critical equipment deliveries, managing supplier deliverables and dependencies with engineering, site teams, and leadership.
• MSA Redevelopment: Led a comprehensive rewrite of Master Supply Agreements to align with global sourcing strategies, incorporating commercial, legal, and risk governance elements to support scale and compliance.
• CMRT/EMRT Compliance: Developed and implemented reporting practices for Conflict Minerals (CMRT) and Extended Minerals (EMRT) in alignment with international supply chain transparency standards.
• Forced Labour and Modern Slavery Compliance: Produced forced labour reporting aligned with Canada’s Bill S-211 and other global regulations, including the development of frameworks, process audits, and third-party assessments.
• 2-Year Supply Chain Strategy: Designed and executed multiple supply chain transformation roadmaps, focusing on best-in-class foundational elements—governance, supplier segmentation, lifecycle workflows, and category strategies.
I continue to advise executive teams on embedding sustainability, governance, and resilience into their value chains while developing resources, academic collaborations, and industry engagement through platforms such as Supply Chain Canada.
