Life is full of diverse and exciting experiences!

I manage a full $500M P&L in service/product B2B business:
- covering multiple industries (Healthcare & Life Sciences, Food Service & Hospitality),
- in Water Management, Food Safety and Hygiene,
- in a wide, and challenging, international geographical area (Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and Central Asia).

I began as an officer in the French Army where I have learnt leadership and decision-making under stress. I moved to business 15 years ago, experiencing executive positions, first in a German and privately owned company (Kaefer), then in an American listed corporation (Ecolab). I have completed my transition from the military to the business world by achieving an Executive MBA at HEC Paris (ranked n°1 in the world by FT). During last years, I have led my teams to demonstrated successes in profitable growth acceleration, business turnaround, organizational transformation, is it in food, health or industrial segments.

Being an executive manager is one of the most beautiful job in the world, whose mission is to build and grow businesses by developing a culture where people thrive - or are able to get through crisis. I am passionate about leadership that can be defined as “leading & serving”.

The unifying feature of my life is People, in my professional life (army is about brotherhood, service to industries is about delivering value through people) and in my personal life (rugby, the sport I practiced, is about 15 very diverse players in one single team, my family is about a tribe of 5 children).
