Logistic of 40 major IT programs (satellite, networks, cyber…)
Digitalization of the IT supply chain:
RFID project Director (350 000 tags) ;
ERP project director for managing computers and screens.
COVID-19: 45 000 laptops distributed (France and abroad) within 10 months.

User and/or customer representative on a portfolio of major CIS projects: NCI, voice, secure voice, C2 softwares (NCOP, TOPFAS, LC2IS, NAMIS,etc.): defining SLA, O&M strategy & budget.
Contribution to capability packages ICW Transformation Cd. & NCIA.
Successful negotiations with 7 NATO nations MoD for NATO Defense Network agreements resulting in M€ 4.5 savings.

Software & services : requirements, call for bids, buying and delivery for Armed Forces.
Implementation of framework agreements with major editors such as Microsoft (annual turnover € 30 million).
Creation of an innovative agreement IOT purchase a wide range of software requirements (annual turnover € 120 million).
