 Supported the team with deal execution processes (c.10 deals): writing of investment notes and financial documents (valuation, cap-tables), conducting strategic due-diligences (competition and market analysis, BP review)
 Conducted market research and startup sourcing for various business units of the SG Group (digital payment fintechs in Africa, cyber-insurance for children)

 Structured sales ops: prospected clients (secured €0,7m revenues and 3 partnerships) and developed sales processes (tools, performance tracking)
