Throughout my career as CEO of commercial banks in both Anglophone and Francophone Africa, I have demonstrated my ability to adapt to diverse cultural, economic, and regulatory environments, to handle complex and sometimes sensitive situations, to innovate, and to motivate my teams. Since 2015, I have served as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of several financial institutions. I am committed to keeping board discussions at a strategic level, to upholding high standards of governance, and — particularly as Chair or member of the Audit Committee — to contributing to the oversight of management activities.
