Oversee 15 distressed real estate portfolios. Responsible for asset valuation, monitoring commercialization and sale processes executed by the agency team. Promote interdepartmental collaboration by establishing dedicated calls and a shared database to address questions, track operations, and facilitate knowledge sharing across Credit Services, Agency and Valuation services teams. Key Achievements & Responsibilities:
- Formed and led a pivot team focused on internal client needs, particularly portfolio evaluation and underwriting; consistently achieved 110% of budget over three years.
- Directed valuation, management and monitoring of sales processes across 15 secured portfolios.
- Implemented AI-based valuation system across the department, reducing execution time per valuation (less than 3 hours each).
- Initiated structured processes including dedicated Q&A calls and a departmental database to improve transparency, efficiency and team alignment.
