Dwiajeng Andayani is an AI strategist and engineering leader with 15+ years of experience in complex, safety-critical and enterprise environments across telecom, aerospace, travel tech, and research systems. Founder of Saclai, she advises CEOs and operations leaders on pragmatic AI deployment to drive measurable productivity gains, cost optimization, and operational performance improvement.

With a dual technical–business profile, Dwiajeng combines deep backend systems expertise (Python, Rust, automation, enterprise architecture) with executive-level strategic advisory. She designs and delivers AI masterclasses and hands-on workshops focused on supply chain optimization and operational transformation.

She has led large-scale automation initiatives (notably in 5G validation at Nokia, reducing testing cycles by 90%), contributed to safety-critical Air Traffic Control systems for Airbus programs (Thales), and supported large global platforms such as Amadeus. Her experience spans Agile transformation, QA automation, enterprise software architecture, and regulated environments.
