Production, and IT Help Desk.

▪ Client Experience Enhancement: Developed client experience indicators and initiated a continuous
improvement program across 12 key business processes in 5 international entities.
▪ Green Belt Program Development: Co-designed and conducted training for the Green Belt program since
2009, successfully training over 100 personnel. Mentored 12 Black Belts and Green Belts, contributing to
their professional development.

Concentration Risk of Investments and developing new quality indicators for Insurance Investments.
▪ Operational Model Design: Collaborated with StateStreet to co-design a Long-Term Operating Model for
efficient reporting production and delivery. Designed a Reporting Process Monitoring Solution to oversee
the production of 5000 client reports.
