As a Technology Programme Manager, I amresponsible for overseeing and coordinating complex projects and initiatives that require a deep understanding of technology process and finance.
I am part of Global Business Solutions Group in the Acquiring Space, driving programme for one of the largest banks, financial institutions, and other services in the country, launching new services and managing development and implementation of banking and financial solutions. Being a part of Technology, I contribute towards building a strong program pipeline in compliance with local regulatory requirements, while collaborating with cross-functional teams ensuring alignment of program objectives and goals.

Some of my achievements so far have been :-
1. Creating a portfolio management deck of 50 Indian Projects and presenting to C-level leadership.
2. Winning contract from major American national Bank by driving capability analysis and presenting new development needed for their Statement Generation requirement.
3. Working with Indian government to drive payment related projects bringing in 50% of business from another bank to Fiserv.

Lead release and cutover program manager driving UK's largest IT retail divesture program, actively fleshing out cutover strategy, cutover plans, runbook, RRPs and risk mitigation plan directly affecting 26M customers. On a daily basis I would interact with client BAU, engineering teams, product and leadership to drive and close the program successfully.
As an incentive was invited to UK office within 2 months of joining for a cutover workshop with clients.

As a Software Engagement manager, I played the role of a solution manager and that delivery manager.
Some of my key achievements are as follows :-

• Created 4 Request for Proposals (RFPs) for SAAS offerings by partnering with consultants, UX lead, engineering head & estimating the cost of hosting these solutions on-prem Vs cloud.
• Utilized Earned Value Management to report progress & budget for 2 projects on a weekly basis to company leadership.
• Leveraged past engineering leadership experience, to deliver QA strategy document, train QAs in accessibility testing & test case writing, turning status of $800k Banking project from Red to Green.
• Directed 3 product owners on Agile Scrum best practises, taught ownership of future roadmap and product backlog
• Negotiated pricing with vendors in India & Poland by accurately defining technical scope of work; reduced price quote by 50%
