Webinar LES ENGAGÉS "Keep in touch with your team" - October 6th
Concrete lessons to move forward despite difficultiesIn a polar expedition, life is organized against an invisible enemy: the cold. The team lives confined to the cramped space of their tent. The outings are carefully organized and in a protocoled manner. Vigilance is permanent because you have to protect yourself while continuing to move forward. These situations require attitudes that we are not used to, and push us to move outside of our comfort zone.By relying on situations experienced during an expedition, we remind us of the meaning of values dear to our team spirit. The collective work must sometimes progress in a degraded environment. We share the attitudes that we implement in our expeditions to move forward despite the difficulties.Watch the trailer here! Verbatims:“The Webinar organized with Les Engagés is a real immersion behind the scenes of an extraordinary expedition. There are many lessons for our teams, particularly on team spirit and mutual trust which are essential to guarantee the success of such a mission. Well done and thank you for making us travel with these beautiful images! ” INVYO“The team found the Webinar to be great for getting up to speed on the day-to-day, and we can't wait to see what happens next. Finally, I am really satisfied because the intervention allowed questions to emerge that I wanted us to deal with (on the course and our ambitions). I think it's a success. Thank you !" STORENGYSpeakers:Les Engagés are a team of French speakers, both adventurers and entrepreneurs. They met in 2018 around a crazy project: to cross Greenland. They crossed it from west to east over 600 km in complete autonomy during 31 days (accompanied by a guide). Upon returning from this Expedition, Maxime Lainé (H.15), Valentin Drouillard (H.16) and Thomas Tirtiaux (J.17) decide to create Les Engagés to keep on organising one expedition per year and to show that great adventures can be part of an (otherwise) ordinary life !
