Our next 45-minute webinar will be: Reinventing your business model: Odyssey 3.14 18 April 2017 at 6 PM (Paris time) by Laurence Lehmann Ortega   Laurence Lehmann-Ortega (H.93) is an Affiliate Professor at HEC Paris. Specializing in business model innovation, she also co-authored Strategor and the recently-published Odyssey 3.14: (Re)invent your business model. In 2014, Laurence was awarded the Vernimmen prize which recognizes the best teachers at HEC Paris.  In today’s climate, your company’s ability to transform and reinvent itself is crucial. You need to be able to count on a comprehensive and systematic approach. During this webinar, Laurence will start with the 3 pillars that make up a business model before moving on to the Odyssey 3.14 approach and introducing you to the 14 directions that need to be considered when inventing or reinventing a business model.
