Harassment at Work, Toolkit & Action Plan
HEC Women UK is delighted that Sarah Keeble, employment law partner, and Dr Stephen Pereira, leading psychiatrist consultant, have accepted our invitation to discuss mental and sexual harassment at work.
This special event will focus on what women and men can do concretely at work when they face a harassment situation, whether as a victim or as a witness.

SARAH KEEBLE, Partner, Employment Law Department at Mischon de Reya
Sarah has more than 20 years' experience advising on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law, from large scale strategic reorganisation programmes to discrimination issues and executive disputes. Sarah has been the subject of glowing reviews in Legal 500, as well as being ranked by Chambers Global. Sarah has also been included in Who's Who Legal: Management Labour and Employment 2015.
DR STEPHEN PEREIRA, MD, FRCPsych, DPM, Msc, MBBS, Consultant Psychiatrist and Cognitive Behaviour Therapist
Stephen has over 25 years’ experience in Psychiatry and Behaviour and Cognitive Therapy (CBT). He has over 20 years of experience in dealing with the whole spectrum of mental wellbeing issues in the ‘City Financial District’ and those affecting high achieving individuals in politics, film, media, fashion and music. He is Chairman of NAPICU (Napicu.org.uk) which formulates National Standards of Clinical Excellence in Intensive Care Psychiatry and Severe Mental Disorders. He is one of a very few Consultant Psychiatrists (medically trained) who also have been formally trained in CBT.
