I am very pleased to announce our next HEC Alumni event.
We will have the great pleasure of welcoming Bernard Delmas as our guest speaker, who will kindly present to us the latest issue of the Tokyo Michelin guide. This will be a great opportunity to learn more about Tokyo's culinary scene, how the ratings are determined, and any other question you would like to ask.
There is no need to introduce Bernard, except to say that in addition to being Chairman of Nihon Michelin Tire Japan, and President of the CCI France Japon, Bernard is, of course, an HEC Alumni Extraordinaire!
