Many areas of activity - particularly those that promote French excellence internationally - base their competitiveness and performance on their ability to maintain a constant level of demand in their creation, production and distribution processes.

What is the place of diversity within these companies, which are characterised by the uniqueness of their savoir-faire, working methods and cultures that are often ancestral and patrimonial?

At the next HEC Diversities Club event, we will try to answer this question through concrete examples and testimonies of professionals from different sectors including luxury and finance. We will have the pleasure to meet and share with exceptional guests!

Geoffroy Guigou (H.03), co-founder & CEO of Younited Credit, a French Tech unicorn.

Xavier Romatet (MBA.86), General Director of the Institut Français de la Mode (and former CEO of Condé Nast France).

Bruno Kaufmann (H.99), founder & CEO of WeBoard, a company that help entrepreneurs and CEOs to build efficient advisory boards.

With them, we will discuss the following aspects:

- To what extent does the transmission/valorisation of savoir-faire feed on diversity?

- What relationship can be established between diversity and creativity?

- Which approach of the diversity life can be developed in recruitment and management?

Initially organised as an hybrid event, we decided to prioritise video-conferencing in view of the current health context. We will see you on 27 January 2022 by Zoom (the link will be sent to you just before the event).
