This 2-day workshop (delivered in English)  will blend a scientific and psychological understanding of the change process, practices and exercises. The program is for you if you want:

During these 2 days, we will explore:

The Neuropsychology of Change

What can neuroscience and psychology teach us on how to deal with change? 

In this part you will explore:

  • How your brain reacts to the different emotional triggers and stress accompanying a change process
  • How you can re-empower your thinking brain to build resilience, overcome filters and biases and go faster through the steps of the change curve.

4 steps to navigate career and life transitions:

  • Find your compass: reconnecting with your values and core identity
  • Let go of what does not serve you: negativity bias and limiting beliefs
  • Define your destination: eudemonic well-being as a destination, the power of envisioning your intentions
  • Find your drive: finding your inner motivation to fuel your journey

  • Breathing exercises: the science behind using the breath as a key to our minds

Fly Through Life® was created by two passionate business executives aiming to inspire leaders to raise their level of consciousness and make a difference in the world.

Arnaud Complainville, PhD, M05 

  • Arnaud has both a scientific background, with a master from Ecole Normale Supérieure de Lyon, a PhD in biology, and a business background, with an MBA from HEC Paris.
  • Before co-founding Fly Through Life®, Arnaud worked as a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group, and held several Senior Executive positions in the pharmaceutical sector, in strategy and Business Development.

Veronica Brejan, EMBA

  • Before becoming external consultant in 2017, Veronica held top HR positions in London, Paris and Eastern Europe: Chief People Officer Europe (Pizza Hut, Yum! Brands), Global Head of Talent (Vodafone) and internal HR advisor roles in KPMG, Cargill and Alstom. 
  • Veronica holds a master in HR and an EMBA. Her areas of expertise are: executive coaching, leadership development, talent management and organizational culture.
