           Dear all,It's already been 5 years since the barge and Claire Nativel's "What's 10?"... Jean Malaurie (who spoke at our inaugural seminar in September 2005 on the wisdom of the peoples of the far north) has left us, and our families have grown...We've raised €1m for HEC Ventures, nearly €700,000 for HEC via various initiatives by 90 members of the graduating class, we already have nearly 120 "Infinity Pass" subscribers, the Blondeau has burnt down, HEC has never been so high in the rankings, with a social impact that grows stronger year after year, the graduating classes now number 800 people instead of 500, with students regularly doing 2 years off...So... 5 years have gone by!We hope that everything is going well in your lives, your jobs and your families, and that you are ready to relive the best moments of our HEC years... So let's meet AS MANY OF YOU AS POSSIBLE for our 15 YEARS OF PROMO!Where? on the HEC campus in Jouy-en-Josas the place of so many memories    Why now? Because the campus is undergoing a major refurbishment phase in 2026/2027, and for us this is the last opportunity to return to the campus we knew and loved so much between 2005 and 2009 - except for Blondeau!When will the event take place? Saturday 14 September 2024 form 2pmuntil very late, with Sunday 15 as an option!Who is invited?All members of the class of 2009 are invited, as usual accompanied by their spouses and +1. Children are also welcome this time - with no obligation, of course - with activities specially planned for them (and optional childcare options if you're interested).We hope and encourage everyone to come along: let's make it 250 or even 300!What?The programme of festivities - Don't miss it!Afternoon- 2pm: Welcome to the campus (Kfet), organised tour of the campus and various activities, cartoons for the kids, free time to meet up, stroll around, chat... at the places we remember!- 5.30 p.m.: Cocktail reception and inauguration ceremony for a "Promo 2009" venue on the campus, in recognition of our work on behalf of HEC (let's reach 100 donors and €1 million soon!!!), with the exceptional participation of a number of VIPs who will come along for the occasion!Evening- from 8pm: Transition to the Kfet with open pizzas cooked over a wood fire, open beers, and of course wine, salads, and a campus atmosphere worthy of our best Thursday evenings: it will be simple... and good in all simplicity!- 23h30: Birthday cake, graduation photo, and POW atmosphere for an unforgettable evening in the style of the class of 2009 🌟Sunday 15 September (optional, depending on your wishes and motivation)- For the night: Accommodation on/around the campus - in particular at the Best Western hotel located at the entrance to the campus (rate at 94€ on Booking for the moment)- 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.: A friendly 'paté club' brunch if enough of you are motivated (survey to come!)How much will it cost? - Final prices will be announced on 30 April, but we're aiming for packages starting at €30 minimum, for those who come only for the Saturday afternoon, to make this exceptional event ACCESSIBLE TO EVERYONE!- Preferential "early bird" rates until 30 June 2024.- " rates from 1 July to 10 September.The earlier you can register, the easier it will be for the organisers, who are 100% volunteers ;) How can you register? There are still some key questions to be answered (shuttles, baby sitting service for children, Sunday brunch option, etc.), thanks to you, via this survey.
