Caviar, we all know about it, or at least heard about it, or tried some sometimes. The Black gold. A rare and luxurious food, caviar is prized all over the world. He embodies finesse and excellence. A prestigious dish, it is very coveted because it is entirely artisanal, rare, fragile and very long to obtain.

But what it is exactly ? And why it is so expensive and so rare? 

This event is to finally explain to you all the myth around it and even more importantly how we can make a luxurious caviar business sustainable.

Caviar de Neuvic is certified B Corp, they are not only the first fish farm in France to be certified as a B Corp, but also the very first caviar producer in the world to obtain this recognition. This certification, represents the most demanding standard for assessing a company's environmental and social impacts, based on a careful assessment across five aspects: governance, employees, environment, community, and customers.  Fish well-being, neutral impact on the environment, water quality, suitable and organic food...Everything contributes to the comfort of our sturgeons in order to obtain high quality eggs.
