About Annelise Pesa

Annelise Pesa, a former international financial lawyer, is an executive and team coach and a corporate trainer. Italian by birth, English by adoption, Australian by relations, Annelise has been supporting with a broad multicultural perspective and for several years high calibre professionals and lawyers of large British and Italian law firms to advance their careers, maximize their impact as a leader and achieve maximum satisfaction in the private and professional sphere. She held collaborations with Cambridge and Oxford and Rome University

 

She has a past as executive director of Morgan Stanley where she held the position of chief legal officer for Italy following cross border transactions and worked in large international law firms in the field of structured finance and extraordinary transactions. After a magna cum laude degree from La Sapienza University in Rome, a master's degree in banking and finance law from the University of London (Queen Mary and Westfield College), a master's in business coaching from Meyler Campbell, Annelise earned diplomas in NLP, positive psychology, agile team coaching, stress management, and specializes in psychometric tools.

 

She is a director of UK Confederations, keen athlete and mother of two boys.
