Our next 45-minute webinar will be:   Customer experience in luxury : seducing clients beyond products 10 March 2017 at 13:00 (Paris time) by Anne MICHAUT   Agronomics engineer, Anne Michaut-Denizeau received a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from Wageningen University. She worked on innovation process methods at Unilever. At HEC, her teaching covers varied topics such as Innovation Management and Project Management as well as Luxury Marketing. Academic Director of the Advanced Management Program in Fashion and Luxury, she works on developing HEC's excellence in teaching in the field of Luxury worldwide.
