Speakers
Matthieu Sabonnadiere leads the Long Term Incentives Practice at Banque Transatlantique Belgium. As such, he supports listed and private companies in managing their plans of stock-options, coinvestment, etc. and advises beneficiaries on the tax and financial aspects of their plans. He is passionate about leveraging LTIs to drive business performance and change people (financial) life.
Olivier Lambillon is a tax lawyer and heads the tax practice of Osborne Clarke in Brussels. He regularly advises both Belgian and international clients on various tax aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions, structurings and reorganisations, compensation & benefits-related tax issues with a specific expertise regarding stock-option plans and equity related incentives.
