A METHODOLOGY TO SOLVE COMPLEX BUSINESS PROBLEMS WITH UNTESTED ANSWERS IN A VUCA WORLD

Webinar with Hélène Musikas, HEC Paris Professor
Tuesday, June 2 at 5:00 PM (CET)  / 4:00 PM London

The current circumstances show us that more than ever companies have and will have to solve complex problems in volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (so-called VUCA) environments, problems with many possible answers that have not yet been tested.

We have developed over the past two years at HEC an approach to help companies solve this type of problems, whether they are customer-focused or internal. Inspired by methodologies such as agile software development, design thinking, lean start-up, however moving away from the fads and the jargon that encumber these well-known practices to focus on their underlying principles, our approach is practical, cheap, efficient and versatile.
