HEC Life Project Relaunch program: An Accelerated Job Search Strategy
A three-week, cohort-based bootcamp designed to help you recalibrate your job search strategy and get moving again. In three focused sessions, you will sharpen your personal pitch, strengthen your CV and cover letter, redefine your Plans A, B and C, and level up your networking approach, with accountability built in at every step.
June 1 : 10am-12pm (Paris Time)
June 8 : 10am-12pm (Paris Time)
June 15 : 10am-12pm (Paris Time)
Workshops are customised to your cohort, so you work on what actually matters to you.
A 1:1 coaching session plus CV, cover letter, and LinkedIn review are included.
Maximum 8 participants per cohort. All sessions are mandatory.
A special solidarity rate is offered to MBA Alumni (2023-2024-2025 and 2026).

Darcy Roehling is an ICF-certified career coach with over 25 years of consulting, sales, and marketing experience in talent development, sustainability, and employee engagement. Having lived and worked in Asia, the US, and Europe, she brings a cross-cultural perspective to her work with professionals navigating career transitions. Darcy coaches MBA candidates at HEC Paris with a focus on career strategy and professional development.
