About Francoise Carbonnel :
With 20 years’ experience in career and executive coaching, Françoise Carbonnel is committed to helping people with their career moves, love their job as much as she loves hers and be ready to “take the leap”.
After working in recruitment and career consulting, she quickly developed her own consulting company in Asia and the UK. She has most recently launched a new business dedicated to job search and career change: The Hustle Factory. She is recognised as an expert in her field, with outplacement, coaching and career coaching at the heart of everything she does.
She holds a master’s degree in Management specialising in Human Resources from the French University Paris-Assas. In 2008, she decided to focus on coaching, participating in various individual and group programmes in Paris and Singapore accredited by the EMCC and ICF. She is a Mediat-Coaching Coach and certified in three personality inventory tests: SOSIE, Hogan and VoicePrint.
