Introduction to Calligraphy: a hands-on workshop by Shivani Aggarwal (HEC 2021)
We invite you and your friends to a 2-hour calligraphy workshop offered by Shivani Aggarwal (HEC 2021).
Shivani is currently working as a data scientist. She has been doing calligraphy since childhood as a hobby and has specialized in black letter calligraphy over the years.
She will introduce us to the bold, dramatic beauty of calligraphy using flat-tip pens during a beginner-friendly workshop. No prior experience needed.
This hands-on workshop is limited to 15 participants.
It will take place at Akko Café, the delicate Japanese tea house that is located Rue du Bailli 15 and that was founded by Jane Rebille, the daughter of Bruno Rebille (MBA HEC 1993).
Jane will give us an exclusive and private access to her Café from 5:15 to 8:00 pm.
Shivani's workshop will start at 6:00 pm sharp and will last 2 hours. Join us between 5:15 and 6:00 pm, enjoy a Japanese tea, a coffee or a cold drink and indulge yourself with a delicious home-made pastry.
The cost is 15€ per person. It covers a calligraphy pen (that you will bring back home after the workshop), practice sheets on quality paper with guidelines and the drink of your choice in Jane's menu.
