Boards play an important role in ensuring that companies are thinking through how best to attract talent. Whilst the organisation of work typically falls into the operational remit of the executive team, it has become increasingly important for Boards to be alert and engaged with the topic, and to ensure that their companies are adequately prepared for the future of work. After two years of pandemic, combined with an increase in technological adoption, new trends have emerged, including a heightened awareness of diversity and inclusion, and fresh perspectives on productivity and innovation.
