A trailblazer in the beauty and luxury industry, Simona Cattaneo brings over 3 decades of international experience to her role at Global President of Fragrance & Beauty at CHANEL, which she joined in October 2024.
Her career spans leadership positions at L’Oréal, Parfums Christian Dior, Burberry, Coty, and the Tod’s Group, where she has consistently combined strategic vision with a deep understanding of creativity and luxury.
Renowned for her inclusive leadership style, Simona is a passionate advocate for empowering women, nurturing talent, and embedding sustainability as a driver of excellence.
At CHANEL, she embodies the transformative vision of Gabrielle CHANEL's "Freedom of Becoming" and is dedicated to carrying the Fragrance & Beauty activity forward, balancing continuous innovation with a profound respect for its rich heritage.
