8th Alumni Networking Consulting Event on Campus l Wednesday 24 September 2025 - 16h30-20h00

Join the team of alumni on Wednesday, September 24th, 2025, from 5:30pm to 8:00pm, on the Jouy-en-Josas campus, for the 8th edition of our flagship event, co-organized with the amazing team at HEC Talents:
🔗 “Alumni Networking Consulting Event 2025”
This annual event is a unique opportunity to:
✔️ Meet and inspire future HEC graduates (Grande École, MSc, MBA, Executive Masters) who are passionate about consulting and eager to pursue a career in this field;
✔️ Share your journey, experiences, and insights—whether you work in strategy, transformation, digital, operations, data, or specialized consulting;
✔️ Connect with the student community in a supportive, authentic, and mutually energizing environment.
🚀 On the agenda:
🔹 17h30 - 18h30: Thematic sessions (3 shot gun panels)

🎤 3 thematic panels:
💼 Panel #1: Architects of strategy and management
⚙️ Panel #2: The builders of operations, digital and tech
🚀 Panel #3: Specialised consulting experts: AI, Data, Finance, CSR, Health, Innovation...
🔥 Fluid and engaging facilitation,
✅ Thanks to questions prepared in advance with the students,
🎯 To maximise interaction and the relevance of exchanges.
🔹 6.40pm - 8.00pm: Speed meetings
Meetings in small groups (1 to 3 students maximum) for eye-to-eye exchanges without a microphone.
(Previous edition with 300 speed datings - 10 x 30 x 8' with 1 to 3 graduates facing 1 Alumni)
🔹 20h00 – 21h00 : informal networking
To extend exchanges, share contacts and opportunities.
