She began her career at Occitane in 2006, where she progressed to general management in France, UK and then Europe. In 2016, she joined the Estée Lauder group. She took over the general management of M.A.C Cosmetics in 2016 and that of Corporate DTC business in 2019. Sabrina Herlory Rouget is a Board member of the "toutes à l'école" association, ambassador of the "Fondation des Femmes" and "la Maison des Femmes de St Denis" and member of the fundraising committee of the HEC foundation.
