Job Purpose: Manage, coordinate and monitor the different activities of the human resources function namely in Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Training & Development, Succession Planning, Employer Branding and HR Manuals & Procedures.
Role:
- Provides professional advice on all aspects of HR to all Directors and Managers at LAT.
- Interprets and ensures all HR activities comply with the MOL and relevant regulations.
- Develops a competitive and cost-efficient compensation and benefits programs that will assist LAT with employee retention and attract top talent.
- Leads the organization towards a Balanced Score Card behavior over the short to medium term.

- Collaborate with spearheads, executives, and guide them with the development of HR strategies and approaches to develop and retain talent.
- Ensure that there is consistent application of approved programs and procedures at all levels and departments within the Bank.
- Serve as a coach and consultant to the business’s departmental heads, managers and employees on HR policies and processes (Talent planning, development, performance management, conflict resolution).
- Develop and execute a lifecycle approach to people management focused on forecasting, staffing, development, on-boarding, performance management, retention, succession planning, talent movement, and leveraging workforce insights and analytics.
- Partner with HR director as well as with Senior HR Managers in the establishment of both short and long-term departmental strategies.
- Lead change of management projects.
- Oversee the functions of two HR Business Partners.
