Design and lead development and innovation projects through the incorporation of technological tools and definition of new operational mechanisms, looking forward to consolidate the key capabilities of different areas for the business planned expansion.
• Developed the Business Intelligence area implementing Power BI tool, generating more than 10 dynamic indexes for four different areas.
• Lead the accounting system change towards an ERP system (SAP BO), carrying input responsibility on areas and reducing the flow volume of accounting tasks
• Developed an inventory planning and management system which made it easier and more efficient the stock managing process.
• Implemented financial coverage mechanisms for the company such as international compensation accounts and financed payments, reducing significantly financial expenditures

• Designed the application of Business Process Management tools for processes related to Client Loan Management, Maintenance, Purchasing and Quality Assurance.

Evaluate business situation of Colombian companies, based on the study of financial results, industry benchmark and focus analysis of each business area, searching for the redefinition of their corporate and competitive strategy.
• Applied for the first time in a real Colombian case the Harvard Complexity Atlas tool, contextualizing an agricultural group upon the need of connecting its strategy with high value products.
• Performed an analysis and information parallel between market share and Brand recognition of different companies in the country, making it possible to define a proper value proposition for one of the business lines of the company.
